Delivery & Refund Policy

1. Delivery of Digital Products

Radient provides instant delivery of in-game currencies and digital items. Once your payment is confirmed, the delivery process begins automatically.

  • Instant Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 1–5 minutes after successful payment via our automated API systems.
  • Processing Orders: Some orders may take up to 30 minutes during high traffic or when manual verification is required.
  • Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to a technical issue, the order will be retried automatically or processed manually by our team.

2. Order Status Tracking

You can track your order status in real-time from the Order History page. Orders go through the following stages:

  • Processing: Payment received, delivery in progress.
  • Completed: Items have been successfully delivered to your game account.
  • Failed: Delivery could not be completed. Eligible for automatic refund.

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Failed Delivery: If the in-game items could not be delivered to your account, a full refund will be credited to your Radient wallet automatically.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same order, the duplicate amount will be refunded to your wallet.
  • Wrong Account: If you entered an incorrect Player ID or Server ID and the items were delivered to the wrong account, we cannot process a refund. Please double-check your details before purchasing.

Refunds for failed orders are automatically credited to your Radient Wallet within minutes. No manual request needed.

4. Wallet Refunds

All refunds are processed to your Radient Wallet balance. You can use the refunded amount for future purchases on our platform. We do not offer refunds to external bank accounts or UPI.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders that have been successfully delivered to your game account.
  • Incorrect Player ID or Server ID entered by the customer.
  • Items delivered to the correct account but the customer claims non-receipt.
  • Promotional or discounted items unless delivery has failed.
