1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Radient platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Radient is a digital platform that provides in-game currency top-up services for mobile and PC games including but not limited to Mobile Legends, BGMI, Genshin Impact, Wuthering Waves, and Honor of Kings. We act as an authorized reseller using official game API providers.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid phone number to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.
  • One account per phone number. Multiple accounts may be suspended.

4. Purchases & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
  • Payment can be made via UPI or Radient Wallet balance.
  • Once a payment is confirmed and items are delivered, the transaction is final.
  • You are responsible for providing the correct Player ID and Server ID before purchase.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Wallet Terms

  • Wallet balance is non-transferable and can only be used for purchases on Radient.
  • Refunds for failed orders are credited to your Radient Wallet.
  • Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash.
  • We reserve the right to adjust wallet balances in case of fraudulent activity.

6. Delivery of Items

  • Delivery is typically instant (1–5 minutes) after payment confirmation.
  • Some orders may take up to 30 minutes during peak hours or maintenance periods.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by game server downtime or maintenance.
  • If delivery fails, the amount will be automatically refunded to your wallet.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to manipulate prices, exploit bugs, or abuse the platform.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the Service.
  • Create multiple accounts to exploit promotions or wallet bonuses.
  • Resell or redistribute items purchased through our platform.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate any of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Engage in fraudulent or suspicious activities.
  • Abuse the refund or wallet system.
  • Attempt to reverse legitimate payments (chargebacks).

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Radient is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game developer or publisher.
  • We are not liable for any issues arising from game account bans or restrictions.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect Player ID or Server ID.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and design elements on the Radient platform are our property. Game names, logos, and related assets belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
